Chalmers Cares Partners With the American Red Cross
June 25, 2021
Concerns over the spread of COVID-19 over the past 18 months have meant blood donations have fallen far below what hospitals need. The American Red Cross reports a severe blood shortage across the nation. They need blood donors of all blood types, and especially platelets, to help as soon as possible.

Our Chalmers family, spearheaded by Chalmers Community Champions, have responded by sponsoring three blood drives in 2021, so far:

  1. Fryeburg, Maine
  2. Gorham, Maine
  3. Ossipee, New Hampshire

Our co-workers and community members have together donated more than 60 pints of blood.
