If you need help, please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss your options. Even if you log on to your carrier’s website and do not see a notice about flexible payment, please call us, because they may work with us on a case by case basis.
Resources: We have cultivated many legally sound resources to share with you like business continuity planning documents, employee work from home guidelines, telecommuting contracts for workers, pandemic and influenza planning check-lists, DOL and OSHA guidelines, and more. Claims: After referencing your policy, you can submit a claim to your insurance carrier for review. Our claims department would be happy to discuss your coverage and answer your questions in relation to claims, as well as submit any claims on your behalf.
