When you reach out to us, we will go over your coverage with you and offer valuable guidance. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. If our office is closed, and you need immediate claims service, please follow the prompts and leave us a message on our 24/7 support line. Our system is monitored and a claims specialist will return your call as soon as possible. You may also submit a claim directly to your insurance carrier, if you prefer.
