We know that experiencing a loss can be overwhelming. That is why our dedicated in-house claims team offers simple, convenient and complimentary claims service.  We will advocate on your behalf every step of the way.
 
When you reach out to us, we will go over your coverage with you and offer valuable guidance. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  If our office is closed, and you need immediate claims service, please follow the prompts and leave us a message on our 24/7 support line. Our system is monitored and a claims specialist will return your call as soon as possible. You may also submit a claim directly to your insurance carrier, if you prefer.

For claims outside regular business hours, you can notify us via our client portal, InsurLink, or by completing the form provided below. We'll reach out to you on the next business day to finalize the reporting process.
